- 2 tablespoons hot water

- 1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin

- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee

- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare Gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.


2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the gelatin mixture into a saucepan. Add the brewed coffee and sugar. Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat.


3. Chill: Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow 9-inch square or 7x11-inch baking dish. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator. Chill until fully set, about 6 to 7 hours.


4. Serve: Once set, cut the coffee jelly into cubes.
