- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- Pinch of kosher salt

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened


Method

1. Prepare the Fruit Filling 

  In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Add the granulated sugar, ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Gently toss until the berries are well-coated and the sugar is evenly distributed.


2. Divide the Filling

  Evenly divide the berry mixture between two 6-inch aluminum pie plates.


3. Make the Topping

  In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oats (or chopped nuts), granulated sugar, and a pinch of kosher salt. Add the softened butter and, using your fingers, work the mixture until it forms clumps.


4. Assemble and Cook

  Sprinkle the topping generously over the berry filling in each pie plate. Lightly spray the topping with cooking spray to help it crisp up. Place one pie plate in the air fryer basket.


5. Air Fry the Crisp

  Cook at 370°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown. Let the crisp cool slightly before serving. Repeat with the remaining crisp.
