Fortunately, Gaga didn't let the stunning look go to waste. She wore the AZIZ gown and a Philip Treacy mask to the world premiere fan screening of the Gaga Chromatica Ball last Thursday.

The all-black outfit was complemented by a white Selva look made from car parts, which she donned on the red carpet. However, the impracticality of the white attire led her to switch back to the black ensemble for the audience Q&A portion of the evening.

After posting the black outfit on Instagram, fans quickly expressed their admiration.
